Midoriya tries to capture Neito and thus he performed a Blackwhip, a sleeping quirk, within One For All. On the other hand, Shinsou and Ochako play together to extinguish the superpower of Midoriya. He then meets a former user of One For All Quirk in a dream-like scene who then spills the beans on the fact that Blackwhip was actually his quirk. He also tells Midoriya that he soon manifests the superpowers of other predecessors as well.

My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 11 – Spoiler Alert
In the previous episode, the 5th match of the Joint-Training session was going on. Therefore, it is expected that the match will continue in My Hero Academia Season 5 Episode 11. Shinsou might activate Capture Quirk to control Midoriya and to throw him out of the battleground. If sources are to be believed that it might be possible that Midoriya will not use any of his quirks because he is afraid of losing his superpowers.
But soon, he realizes that his team cannot win the battle if he doesn’t use his quirks. Mina and Minoru, on the other side, are busy fighting the rest of Neito’s team. Eventually, Neito might get succeeded in finally touching Midoriya and in imitating his quirk. As the match proceeds further, Midoriya starts getting comfortable again and will use his quirks on the opposite team. It will be pure fun watching which team will be going to win the battleground.
